LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE

The SAFE model provides a donor-advised fund to which anyone can contribute. This fund has an oversight team, which affirms the funding priorities connected to the 3-year Strategic Plan and allocates funds to grant to vetted organizations that will carry out these Strategic Plan goals. SAFE funding is allocated through a grantmaking process overseen by the Executive Team. The resources available from SAFE funding to service provider partner agencies are limited.

SAFE - SB COUNTY ADVISORY COUNCIL

This council consists of the Administrative Support Team and the Subject Matter Advisors to guide the Executive Committee through the formation of the grant funding cycle, but has no decision-making authority for grant funding.
